- Today I learned that the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ), known by sailors as the doldrums, is the area encircling the earth near the equator where winds originating in the northern and southern hemispheres come together.
- I will apply my learnings and insights in sharing informations about ITCZ and having knowledge about its relationship on our weather.
- Learnings about this phenomenon is important because we can know the possible cause of a rainy or dry weather in a certain place.
- On a larger scale, I will share my learnings in this phenomenon because it can help us be aware of weather we’re going to have and the things we should do when there’s a nearby ITCZ.
- I want to know more about how big is the effect of ITCZ on our weather.
